ONAK is involved in manufacturing facilities of light alloy wheels, engines, tire repair and automotive components manufacturing. Our tools are used for works such as: imperfections removal produced while casting, brushing, grinding, deburring welding cords, automotive body element finishing, or assembling.

FOUNDRY

At ONAK we are specialized at customized manufacturing of quick sealing devices, products used in continuous casting foundries in the steel cooling process. The sealants form a firm and secure joint between the cast steel and the dummy bar, assisting in the cooling process and preventing leaks of liquid steel.

Moreover our tools are used in the manufacture of both heavy and light metal components when it comes to deburring, cutting, removing welding cords and finishing surfaces.

SHIPYARD

Our tools are a essencial part of a shipyard, are used both in the construction of yachts, boats, ships, frigates or submarines as for the preparation of surfaces where cleaning and roughness are key to compliance with the IMO standard in coatings (IMO PSPC ; MSC. 215 (82)
